Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated person to provide protection services for an international client based in Barcelona with his family. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive protection and experience working around a family with kids.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the personal security of the client and family during their daily activities such as meetings, social events, and travel.
• Weekly travel coordination in close cooperation with the office.
• Identifying potential risks and determining the level of protection required in different situations.
• Conduct thorough security & threat assessments
• Collaborate and coordinate with other security team members, authorities, and the client’s staff.
• Accompany the client during travel both national and international.

Salary:
The start salary will follow the current level in Spain and be approximately 10-15% higher. This will be negotiated with the specific employee.

Other Compensation:
All expenses covered. You will have to cover your own travel to and from the area.

Contract Length:
Potential full-time position as needed by the client with no end date. You will only be compensated for your time deployed.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with private security is a must. You have to be discreet, reliable and professional with a very high level of integrity.
It is required you have good interpersonal and communication skills and a good ability to adapt to the situation and change in plans including short notice national and international travel.

You have to meet all of the following minimum requirements:

• CP training min. level 3
• EU issued drivers license
• +25 years old
• No criminal record
• Min. 2 years CP Experience
• Recent (within tree years) completion of a TCCC course or proven work experience within first aid
• Good physical fitness & martial art experience

Be able to pass a physical test prior to employment. The physical fitness test includes Close combat training with verious physical exercises followed by a 10 km run in maximum 52 min.

Further info about the physical test will be send to the invited persons.
