TEAM LEADER

A good team leader has a number of qualities that encourage the team to follow him. Personal qualities such as compassion and integrity are important but not enough. To be an effective team leader also requires good professional skills that come from good training and experience. A good team leader inspire trust and respect from the team and ensure the job is done well. The purpose of this course is to give you such knowledge and skills that you can be an effective team leader. You will learn and train the updated standards used in the security industry and also used by our agents in SIRAS Group.

Team Leader module 1

Purpose
The course covers everything from the planning phase to the assignment and the subsequent debriefing. Students will learn how to plan and perform a task in relation to the restrictions you have in terms of finance, logistic, personnel, threat etc. All exercises during the course relate to missions carried out by SIRAS GROUP. The realistic and real case scenario makes allows for a steep learning curve, and offers the students an opportunity to see how we have solved real life tasks.
